I wouldn’t really call The Quranic Arabic Corpus just a website for Islamic research, it’s an all-encompassing and annotated linguistic online project that provides grammar-based explanation for each and every Arabic word of the Holy Quran.

It also provides the entire text of the Holy Quran in credible translation into so many languages.

What’s unique about this project is that it offers well thought-out, easy to browse through linguistic information, presenting it in a format that is compatible with computer or any other application browsing.

As per what’s mentioned on the platform, the main researcher of Quranic Arabic Corpus, itself part of a PhD research project into Arabic language computing at the University of Leeds, is Kais Dukes.

Quranic Arabic Corpus seeks to provide researchers or those striving to acquire an inclusive understanding of the Quran with thorough grammatical analysis that would help in expounding detailed and credible meaning of each verse and sentence.

It allows for morphological and syntax analysis of the Holy text of the Qur’an that’s much handy and fun than done manually, besides being less time-consuming.

The foremost objective of Quranic Arabic Corpus is providing a credible source for linguistic annotation of the morphology and syntax of Quranic Arabic, and English translation.
