Bearing this in mind, teaming up with others and involving them in your planning, even if not in the initial phase of your plans, helps you a lot and provides you with great insights, let alone support.
On another note, joining forces instills a much needed sense of brotherhood besides a variety of positive and warm feelings we hugely lack in our modern age.
“The believers are brothers,” Quran- (49:10)
Take the time to reflect on the status of Modern Muslims and the aggravating moral failures that come to plague almost all aspects of life, it’s simply because of failing to unite and revive the once strong bond of brotherhood.
Applying the same conception to your pursuit for success in which path you chose, you can find that alone you stand weak and unnoticed, while amongst a group and engaging in teamwork you do a lot more better and achieve way more.
Allah says in the Quran;
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you – when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.”- Quran- (3:103)
Unity and teamwork is cornerstone to any success.
